Well, the key to a successful diet is to surround yourself with healthy food, so empty out your cupboards of all the bad foods and make sure you have plenty of fruits, vegetables, red meats and white meats. Exercise is also crucial, it will increase weight loss, so make sure you get at least 30-60 minutes a day! Water, drink a lot of it, especially during meals this will help you to feel fuller quicker. No snacking. 1 tim tam=100 calories, I don’t know if you like tim tams, but I certainly didn’t after l found that out! Calorie count. You need to know your calorie intake, I would recommend using myfitnesspal to log your food intake. Based on your height I would assume that you would be able to consume 1800-2000 calories a day to maintain, cut this down to 1200, this is the lowest I would go, any lower and you risk putting your body into starvation mode and therefore, it will have a negative effect when you stop dieting and you will put on weight.
